The Silver Cup 2024 Host Hotel is the historic Sun Valley Resort.

Please note, the 2024 Event Committee has decided to host a lot of the parties & get-togethers in the Warm Springs area. Please keep this in mind when selecting lodging to avoid bussing all around. House rentals in the Warm Springs area are abundant but fill up quickly.

For alternative hotels and accommodation in the Sun Valley / Ketchum area, we recommend the Limelight Hotel, Knob Hill Inn, or Hotel Ketchum.

Limelight Silver Cup Discount: In order for your guests to make reservations, have them call (888) 218.3282 between the hours of 7am – 7pm MST, or email ketchumreservations@limelighthotels.com.

Please make sure to provide the group name:   Silver Cup Races 2024  to receive the discounted rates. Reservations will be based on availability and deposit and cancelation policies will apply.

Our ADA Compliant Rooms offer a variety of options to suit your needs including roll-in showers, shower grab bars, and visual smoke detectors. ADA kits are available upon request.

Check-in Times and Policies

Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 11:00 am

Early arrivals and late departures

If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags for you until your departure time.

Guaranteed reservations and deposits

At the Sun Valley Resort, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). If a room is not available, we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel at our expense, and provide transportation to and from the Sun Valley Resort as reasonable. All reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card. Please check for full deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee.  Deposits will be forfeited if canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival. Sun Valley Resort policy is to charge for “no shows” as well as early departures made within 7 days of arrival.

Parking

Complimentary valet and self-parking is available at the Lodge, Inn, Condos or Cottages.

Electric Vehicle Charging

Sun Valley Resort currently hosts 3, level-2 electric vehicle charging stations. We have 2 Tesla Wall Connectors that deliver up to 64 amps of power. We also have a universal J-1772 station that can charge all electric vehicles and delivers up to 32 amps of power. All of our stations are available to our guests and patrons, just check in with the front desk.
