Location: Apples Bar & Grill
Check-in, complete race consent forms, pick up your welcome bag, lift tickets, credentials, and enjoy some appetizers and drinks with your fellow Silver Cuppers.

Thursday, February 29, 2024

8am - 9:30am Breakfast
Location: Warm Springs Lodge

9:30am-Meet the Pros
Location: Meet at the base of the new Challenger Chair, Warm Springs

10:00am - 12:00pm Ski with Pros
Equipment Check, orientation, ski tips and mountain tour. Lunch with a Pro at a lodge of your choice

1:00pm - 3:00pm Handicapping Time Trials
Location: Warm Springs

6:00pm: Rounhouse Dinner & Team Announcements
Location: Roundhouse-Mid Way up Bald Mountain, River Run Lodge Attire: TBD

A Shuttle will run from Sun Valley Lodge to the Roundhouse and back. Another shuttle will run from Warm Springs base to Roundhouse and back. Parking is also available at the River Run base area. Please arrive promptly at 6pm and dress warm for the gondola ride up.

Casual dinner and drinks. A Shuttle will run from Sun Valley Lodge to the Warm Springs and back.

Location: Warm Springs

12:30pm Lunch
Location: Warm Springs, Bald Mountain

Afternoon: Free-Skiing

6:00pm Silver Cup Awards Dinner
Location: Sun Valley Clubhouse

Attire: TBD

A Shuttle will run from Sun Valley Lodge to the Sun Valley Clubhouse and back. Another shuttle will run from Warm Springs base to the Sun Valley Clubhouse and back. Shuttles will be available to take people downtown after the event.
